Goadsby are looking for a highly motivated Trainee Lettings Negotiator to complement our existing team within the Winchester office.
You will receive:

As a Trainee / Lettings Negotiator you will:
- generate and book lettings valuations
- manage the applicant list and conduct property viewings
- liaise with tenants and landlords, progressing lets through to completion
The successful applicant will:
- be a team player with the ability to work well under pressure
- be resilient and detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Full driving licence required.
