Goadsby is seeking a highly motivated Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join our busy Winchester office. If you have experience in sales or customer service and can generate new business in a target-driven environment, this role is for you.
A full driving licence is required. You will generate and book lettings valuations, manage the applicant list, conduct property viewings, and liaise with tenants and landlords to progress lets through to completion.
