Goadsby are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Manager or Lettings Assistant Manager to complement our existing team within the Winchester Office. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Negotiator ready to step up or an existing Assistant Manager looking to progress their career at a reputable estate agency.

As a Manager / Assistant Manager you will:
- support the day-to-day running of a busy lettings office
- generate new business and win instructions
- build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- deliver exceptional customer service throughout the lettings process
- assist in managing the team, driving performance and achieving targets
- liaise with tenants and landlords, progressing lets through to completion
- manage the applicant list and conduct property viewings
The successful applicant will:
- have previous experience in residential lettings
- thrive on a challenge and be able to demonstrate a proven track record in winning business and achieving targets
- have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- be highly organised and excellent attention to detail
- be a team player with the ability to work well under pressure
- be resilient and detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- have a full UK driving licence (essential)
