Job Role

Do you have a customer service/administrator background? Are you hard-working, positive and organised? A vacancy has arisen within our busy Lettings Property Management department based in Ferndown.

You will receive:

  • a competitive basic salary

The role, based in our Maintenance team will include:

  • dealing with maintenance requests, renewals/ending of tenancy agreements
  • building relationships by liaising with contractors, landlords and tenants
  • general duties associated with Property Management.

Applicants must:

  • have a strong personality
  • be a team player with excellent IT and administration skills
  • be organised, show great attention to detail and be able to work to tight timescales.

This position would suit someone with experience in this field.
