We are looking for a highly motivated Trainee Lettings Negotiator to complement our team in Wimborne and assist with letting our extensive portfolio of properties.

You will receive:

As a Lettings Negotiator/Trainee you will:

  • Generate and book lettings valuations

  • Manage the applicant list and conduct property viewings

  • Liaise with tenants and landlords, progressing the lets through to completion

The successful applicant will:

  • Have experience in a sales or customer service environment

  • Be confident in their ability to generate business in a target driven environment

  • Be resilient and detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
