Role
We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Developer to lead and support the development of enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform and related technologies. You will work closely with solution architects, DevOps teams and cyber security engineers to deliver secure, integrated services with a focus on automation, data integration and user experience.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure and customise Dynamics 365 applications (CE, Sales, Service etc.)
- Develop solutions using Power Platform components including Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse
- Integrate APIs with Dynamics 365 and external systems
- Extend Dynamics using JavaScript and/or C# (.NET Core) where appropriate
- Maintain secure coding standards aligned to cyber security principles
- Collaborate with architects to ensure scalable, performant, and secure solutions
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline integration, testing and deployment
- Document solutions and participate in knowledge transfer
Essential skills and experience
- Proven commercial experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM)
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform or Dynamics 365 (Functional Consultant or Developer)
- Strong understanding of Dataverse data structure and security
- Hands-on experience building Canvas Apps and automating business processes with Power Automate
- Proficient in JavaScript and/or C# (.NET Core) for extending capabilities
- Experience integrating external APIs and using custom connectors
- Familiarity with modern DevOps practices and GitHub/Azure DevOps pipelines
- Awareness of cyber security best practices and secure development lifecycle (SDLC)
