Partnerships Manager – Kent/ Hybrid (Min 1 day a week on-site) / Permanent / Full-Time – Excellent Benefits, Competitive Salary (DOE) ** Sponsorship not available for this role** ABOUT GOACO Goaco is a Cyber Security Consultancy who lead in delivering large scale technical programmes within the public sector. We are looking to onboard a dynamic and results-oriented Partnerships Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in building and maintaining strategic partnerships, with a proven track record of working in either the private sector or public sector. ROLE OBJECTIVE As a Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in identifying, negotiating, and managing partnerships that align with the client’s strategic goals and mission. This position requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. RESPONSIBILITIES Identify and establish new strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in both the public and private sectors. Lead negotiations and closing of partnership deals. Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, clients, and key industry players. Act as the main point of contact for partners. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product, Legal, etc.) to develop partnership strategies that align with organisational objectives. Lead the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements, ensuring that terms meet organisational goals and comply with legal and regulatory standards. Manage the implementation and execution of partnership agreements, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope. Provide ongoing support to ensure smooth partnership operations. Set measurable KPIs for partnership performance. Regularly track, report, and assess the success of partnerships to ensure alignment with business goals. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities. Leverage this information to identify and pursue new partnership opportunities. Leverage knowledge of public/private sector dynamics to tailor partnership strategies that meet the unique challenges and opportunities within these sectors. ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnerships management, business development, or strategic alliances, ideally with exposure to both public and private sector environments. Strong understanding of public sector dynamics (e.g., government regulations, compliance, public funding) or private sector challenges (e.g., market competition, sales processes, contract negotiations). Proven track record of successfully developing and managing strategic partnerships that drive business growth. Ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and balance the needs of multiple parties.
