ROLE DESCRIPTION

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing engaging and high‑quality visual content for both print and digital platforms, helping to strengthen brand identity and support marketing initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design creative layouts, graphics, and illustrations for print materials, websites, digital campaigns, and social media platforms.
  • Create animations, motion graphics, interactive content, and 3D visual elements where required.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, budgets, and timelines.
  • Produce high‑quality creative assets using Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Work closely with marketing, editorial, and technical teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Contribute creative ideas and concepts to support marketing campaigns and business objectives.
  • Maintain and develop visual branding guidelines and design standards.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in graphic design and multimedia production.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Strong creative, conceptual, and visual design skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high‑quality work.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise workloads effectively.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience with motion graphics, video editing, animation, or 3D design tools.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
  • Familiarity with web and digital content design.
