We are looking for a driven and commercially focused Business Development Manager to join our growing sales team. This role will focus on winning new business opportunities across the corporate sector, building strong customer relationships, and driving growth across a broad portfolio of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud, cyber security, and managed technology solutions. You’ll work closely with leading technology vendors and internal technical teams to identify new opportunities, generate pipeline, and deliver value‑led solutions to customers. This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys opening doors, building long‑term client relationships, and developing new business within the IT technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities within the corporate and enterprise sector
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective customers
  • Identify and develop opportunities across networking, infrastructure, cloud, cyber security, collaboration, and managed services solutions
  • Re‑engage dormant accounts and develop new customer relationships
  • Work with leading vendor technologies including Cisco, Palo Alto, HPE, Dell Technologies, Microsoft, VMware, Fortinet, and cloud platforms
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to close
  • Build trusted relationships with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal pre‑sales, architecture, and delivery teams to design customer solutions
  • Deliver customer meetings, presentations, and proposals
  • Achieve and exceed revenue, pipeline, and new business targets
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasting
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, cyber security developments, and emerging technologies

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in IT sales or business development
  • Experience selling IT infrastructure, networking, cloud, collaboration, cyber security, or managed services solutions
  • Good understanding of enterprise technologies and vendor ecosystems such as Cisco, Palo Alto, HPE, Dell, Microsoft, VMware, or Fortinet
  • Strong new business and pipeline generation experience
  • Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and decision‑makers
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self‑motivated, organised, and target‑driven
  • Experience using CRM systems and managing sales activity
