Responsibilities: * Implement and monitor Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) policies and procedures. * Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. * Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate SHEQ risks in Telecoms infrastructure projects. * Provide proactive advice on SHEQ matters to foster a culture of safety and compliance. * Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess SHEQ performance and identify improvement opportunities. * Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents, providing recommendations for prevention. * Deliver training sessions to enhance SHEQ awareness and competency within the organization. * Engage with regulatory bodies and external stakeholders to stay informed about industry developments.
