Office Administrator/Coordinator

– Provide administrative support to project teams and managers
– Assist in the coordination and scheduling of project activities
– Maintain project documentation and files
– Prepare and distribute project reports, presentations, and correspondence
– Conduct research and gather information as needed for projects
– Assist with data entry and record keeping
– Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting
