No-Code/Low-Code Automation Specialist

We’re looking for a precise, logical, and fast-thinking Automation specialist to drive automation across sales, finance, and operations. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll work with no-code/low-code tools (Make.com, Zapier, Airtable), API integrations, SQL, and automation platforms to streamline our business.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build, optimise, and maintain automation workflows using Make.com, Zapier, and Airtable.
• Develop API integrations between ERP (Brightpearl), e-commerce (Shopify, Amazon), finance tools, and external data sources.
• Work with SQL databases to create structured reporting & data automations.
• Develop lightweight apps & automation tools using no-code/low-code platforms (Bubble, Glide, or automation tool-built apps).
• Automate reporting & analytics (Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI).
• Integrate AI-driven automation for demand forecasting, pricing optimization, and customer service chatbots.
• Ensure workflows are robust, accurate, and scalable – no broken automations or half-finished scripts.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to make automation a key driver of business efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience in automation, process optimisation, or data engineering.
• Expertise in no-code/low-code automation tools (Make.com, Zapier, Airtable, API integrations).
• Strong knowledge of APIs & SQL – ability to pull & manage data across systems.
• Experience with no-code app development (Bubble, Glide, or automation tool-built apps).
• Advanced Excel & Google Sheets automation (macros, scripting, dashboards).
• Precise & logical thinker – double-checks work, avoids mistakes.
• Fast learner, eager to grow – interested in AI & business automation.
• Commercially aware – understands how automation improves business performance.
• Task-focused – completes work before chasing shiny new ideas.
• Stable career history – no frequent job hopping.
• UK-based (no visa sponsorship required).
