Are you commercially sharp, data-driven, and ready to step up in a fast-paced, high-growth business? We\’re looking for a Junior Vendor Manager to join our consumer electronics division and help us scale some of the most exciting consumer brands across the UK retail landscape.
This is a hands-on commercial role where you\’ll be supporting the Brand Manager in delivering excellence across brand performance, retailer engagement (John Lewis, Currys, and others), and strategic planning.
What You\’ll Be Doing
- Support the Brand Manager in executing day-to-day tasks and commercial strategies.
- Liaise with brands and internal teams (sales, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth execution of plans.
- Engage with new brands , understand their commercial objectives, and help shape market entry plans.
- Analyse brand performance using internal data and external market insights.
- Build commercial proposals and draft deal terms with accuracy and insight.
- Monitor brand health metrics and proactively identify risks and opportunities.
- Manage retailer relationships — support sell-in and sell-through with major UK retailers.
- Forecast demand and contribute to planning cycles to ensure operational readiness.
- Stay on top of trends and competitive moves in CE, health, and wellness.
What We\’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in consumer goods (ideally consumer electronics), from retail, distribution, or brand side.
- Experience working with or selling to major UK retailers.
- Comfortable handling and interpreting data, reporting, and commercial performance.
- Excellent communication skills – you’ll be working directly with external brand partners and internal stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen – you\’re confident with margins, pricing, and forecasts.
