About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, motivated, and commercially-minded Junior Vendor Manager to join our growing team in the Baby & Beauty division, supporting our Senior Brand Manager. With ambitious growth targets for the rest of 2025 and into 2026, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key supporting role in launching, growing, and nurturing high-potential consumer brands.
This is a remote-first role , but you’ll be actively involved in brand and retailer engagement, so confidence, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Brand Manager across day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth execution of brand and retail initiatives.
- Liaise with brands and internal teams (e.g., sales support, logistics, operations, finance) to move projects forward.
- Engage with new brand prospects , helping to assess suitability for Go10 and support onboarding discussions.
- Deliver regular reporting on product and brand performance, pricing, sales trends, and key metrics.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic planning and identify gaps or opportunities.
- Draft commercial proposals and assist with deal structuring in collaboration with sales and finance teams.
- Track and analyse brand health , including sell-out data, pricing consistency, content quality, and customer sentiment.
- Oversee retailer engagement (e.g., John Lewis, Currys), working alongside the sales support team to ensure brand presence and performance are maintained and improved.
- Contribute to demand forecasting , aligning with brands and supply chain teams to maintain availability and minimise excess stock.

Experience Required
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in consumer goods , ideally within Baby, Beauty, or similar product categories.
- Experience in retail, distribution, or brand management roles preferred.
- Comfortable with business commercials, product planning , and retailer/brand communications .
- Solid skills in reporting, analysis, and planning (e.g., Excel/Google Sheets, market tools).
- Exposure to multifunctional teams and cross-channel environments is a plus.
