About Go10

Go10 is a dynamic and growing distributor, working with major retailers and suppliers to drive profitable sales and supply chain efficiency. We help brands get their products in front of the right retailers while ensuring smooth operations, strong commercial terms, and a fast-moving supply chain. We are expanding and looking for a Commercial Business Manager to take charge of supplier relationships, optimize commercial strategies, and grow market share.

The Role

We’re looking for a commercially sharp, results-driven, and strategic Commercial Business Manager to own supplier relationships, negotiate terms, and drive go-to-market execution. This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, sales execution, and supply chain management, ensuring our vendor growth plans translate into real business success.

If you have experience in distribution, buying, category management, or commercial account management in consumer goods and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow profitable market share by executing the Business Unit strategy in full alignment with the Commercial Director.
  • Own supplier relationships – negotiating commercial terms, driving joint business plans, and ensuring profitable long-term partnerships.
  • Work closely with sales teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive revenue and brand presence.
  • Optimise inventory management, ensuring stock levels align with demand, minimizing delays and stock-holding costs.
  • Develop strategic pricing and promotional plans to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform commercial decisions.
  • Enhance distribution processes and supply chain efficiency to improve delivery performance and service levels.

Who You Are

  • Ambitious, hungry, and commercially sharp – you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to drive impact.
  • Experienced in a similar commercial role within consumer goods – ideally in distribution, buying, or category management.
  • A strong negotiator with the ability to build relationships and secure win-win deals with suppliers and retailers.
  • Data-driven and strategic, able to balance short-term sales wins with long-term commercial growth.
  • Highly stable career path, not a job-hopper – we want someone committed to growing with us.
  • Hands-on and proactive, willing to get stuck in and make things happen.

Preferred Background

  • 5+ years experience in a commercial role (e.g., Buyer, Commercial Manager, Category Manager, NAM).
  • Background in distribution, wholesale, or corporate retail.
  • Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and market trends to drive strategy.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.

What We Offer

  • Salary: Β£50,000 – Β£65,000 base + performance bonus (Β£5k–£15k OTE).
  • Private healthcare.
  • Remote working – work from home, anywhere in the UK.
  • Fast-growing distributor – be part of something dynamic.
  • Career growth – we’re scaling, and we want ambitious people to grow with us.
  • Work with top-tier brands and retailers – expand your commercial expertise at the highest level.
