Responsibilities:- Lead and guide groups through various outdoor activities, including Axe Throwing and Archery, ensuring safety and fun.
- Provide instruction and demonstration on the use of equipment, ensuring all participants understand safety protocols.
- Engage with guests to enhance their experience, offering support and encouragement during activities.
- Conduct pre-activity briefings to inform participants of what to expect and answer any questions.
- Perform routine checks and maintenance on equipment to ensure everything is in top working condition.
- Front of house duties including taking bookings and dealing with customer enquiries.
- General housekeeping onsite.
- Must have a passion for outdoor activities and adventure sports.
- Excellent communication skills to engage and instruct groups of all ages.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- First Aid certification is desired but not required.
- Experience is not required as full training will be provided on all activities.
