We\’re on the lookout for enthusiastic and energetic Activity Instructors to join our vibrant team.

As an Activity Instructor, you\’ll have the opportunity to lead and inspire groups of all ages in a variety of exhilarating activities. Whether it\’s Axe Throwing, Laser Tag, or team challenges, you\’ll be at the heart of the action, ensuring safety and excitement are top priorities.

Tasks

  • Lead and guide groups through various outdoor activities, including Axe Throwing and Laser Tag, ensuring safety and fun.
  • Provide instruction and demonstration on the use of equipment, ensuring all participants understand safety protocols.
  • Engage with guests to enhance their experience, offering support and encouragement during activities.
  • Conduct pre-activity briefings to inform participants of what to expect and answer any questions.
  • Perform routine checks and maintenance on equipment to ensure everything is in top working condition.
  • Front of house duties including taking bookings and dealing with customer enquiries.
  • General house keeping onsite.

Requirements

  • Must have a passion for outdoor activities and adventure sports.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage and instruct groups of all ages.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • First Aid certification is desired but not required.
  • Experience is not required as full training will be provided on all activities.
