About Go Up: We help ambitious brands grow online visibility through performance-led digital marketing. Our team combines SEO strategy, content, digital PR and UX design to deliver campaigns that drive measurable results.

We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our growing team and work across live client campaigns from day one. You’ll collaborate closely with SEO strategists, content writers and digital PR teams to design experiences that not only look great but also support search visibility, engagement and conversion. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving real business problems through design and wants to see their work drive real growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work closely with our design team to create engaging digital experiences.
  • Build sleek wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and scalable design systems using Figma.
  • Design intuitive, conversion-driven interfaces that balance brand aesthetics with seamless usability.
  • Craft engaging visual assets, including social media graphics, digital ads, and data-driven infographics.
  • Conduct competitor research, SERP analysis, and user behaviour audits to identify UX and CRO opportunities.
  • Build detailed user personas and sitemaps to transform complex SEO strategies into clear, logical user flows.
  • Collaborate with SEO strategists to refine site structures, page layouts, and the overall "on-page" experience.
  • Support the end-to-end design and optimisation of landing pages for active campaigns.
  • Work with our content team to turn stories into "content-led experiences" that boost both engagement and search rankings.
  • Prepare and upload web-ready imagery, attend client meetings, and present your design concepts with confidence.

Who We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a Junior Designer with at least one year of experience in a digital product or UX/UI role. You should have a high-quality portfolio that demonstrates a clear understanding of user-centred design and the ability to execute polished, functional interfaces.

Key skills and capabilities required for the role include:

  • Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and other relevant design tools.
  • Experience with behavioural tools such as Google Analytics or Hotjar.
  • Ability to create wireframes, prototypes and responsive layouts.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and engagingly.
  • Ability to work in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
  • Curious mindset and willingness to learn from data and feedback.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and CRO principles.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (a bonus, but not essential).

Benefits:

  • Opportunity to work on high-impact SEO campaigns across multiple industries.
  • Mentorship and training from industry professionals in UI/UX and digital marketing.
  • Two days a week working remotely.
  • Generous holiday allowance.
  • Annual training and development allowance.
  • A fun and collaborative team environment with regular team events.
