Description

The Service Delivery Supervisor manages the LDP Operational Teams to successfully deliver the Cadent Mains Replacement Programme. The role involves supervising teams from work handover to project completion, ensuring performance against HSEQ standards, programme adherence, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery teams during works, including site setup, gas operations, backfill, reinstatement, and site completion.
• Attend sites to disseminate the Construction Phase Plan, RAMS, and brief team leaders on statutory and company standards (CDM, IGEM).
• Manage street works permits in accordance with NRSWA, including traffic management and permit conditions, and document reinstatement completion.
• Ensure client and operational requirements are met professionally and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the Customer Liaison Officer to engage customers and address specific needs to minimize disruptions.
• Provide daily and weekly reports to meet service levels and objectives.
• Contribute positively to the team by offering solutions and embracing change.
• Report safety issues following company procedures.

Experience and Qualifications

• SHEA (Gas)
• NRSWA 1991 (Supervisor)
• SCO 1,2 & 5 (preferred)
• IOSH or SMSTS (preferred)
• NCO Gas Level 2 / Gas manager’s appreciation
