The Data Product Owner is responsible for defining, prioritising, and delivering data and AI-driven products that drive operational and commercial value. Working closely with the other Product Owners, they act as the bridge between business stakeholders and data/technology teams, ensuring that data, analytics, and AI initiatives are aligned to business priorities and deliver measurable outcomes. The role plays a key part in enabling the organisation to leverage data and artificial intelligence to improve decision-making, operational efficiency, and future capability.
Key Responsibilities

Experience and Qualifications
- Experience as Product Owner or Business Analyst
- Strong understanding of data platforms, analytics, and emerging AI use cases
- Excellent stakeholder management and prioritisation skills
- Agile delivery experience
- Knowledge of data governance and security standards desirable
- Use of Jira for requirement documentation
Strategic Thinking: Ability to align data products with overall business goals.
