The predicted salary is between 21000 - 30000 Β£ per year.
Reporting into the Admin & Programme Manager, the Administrator is the key contact during works for the operational team. The administrator will ensure that all operational teams are able to undertake their work in line with NRSWA and ensure that timescales are adhered to, minimising any financial impact to the company. They will maintain the below aspects of the process.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the collation, co-ordination and distribution of the operational safe dig/job packs.
- Support planners/operations with scheduling work in works management system.
- Understand the works system and work to the processes accordingly.
- Management/cleansing of jobs in works management system.
- Maintain timely and accurate input and uploading of information into the works management systems, ensuring that all issues are recorded and escalated.
- Compiling the daily whereabouts.
- Driving continual improvements with the Operational teams.
- Sending daily analysis.
- Manage internal trackers β site clears.
- Liaise with Supervisors and sub-contract teams to ensure programmes are delivered, ensuring that all the client and operational requirements are met in a professional and efficient manner.
- Run and circulate daily jeopardy reports as required.
- Monitor and chase any outstanding issues.
- Provide general admin/ad hoc support.
- Provide a positive and innovative input into the team, through provision of solutions to problems and embracing change.
- Ensure that safety issues are reported in line with Company procedures.
- Experience of working within the Utilities sector β advantage but not essential β training provided.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work in an organised manner to meet important deadlines.
- In depth understanding of the operational activity.
- Exceptional organisational skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office systems.
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively under pressure.
