Your role will be to assist the head of marketing & communications in driving and supporting the internal and external communications activities of the Network Plus Group. You will be a confident, creative, communications all-rounder, capable of adapting to a wide variety of expectations and keen to develop your personal and professional skills within a demanding working environment. Your values will align with our values, particularly around customer service as we continue to drive up standards within the business, across the contracts we work on and for the people we work for.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborating with internal colleagues and divisions, and external partners to lead, guide and support communication activities – from one-off activities to multi-platform campaigns
- Intranet and website content publishing and development
- Copywriting for intranet, website, e-newsletter, direct mail, magazine, promotional collateral, advertising
- Creating engaging content for social media platforms
- Managing and developing our visual brand
- Storyboarding operational and promotional videos in tandem with external partners
- Photographing personnel, events and project locations
Experience and Qualifications
- Significant experience in a communications role (E)
- Relevant degree (or similar further or higher education qualification) (D)
- Working knowledge of content management systems e.g. Wordpress or similar (E)
- Content creation experience with graphic design tools such as Canva (E) and Adobe (D)
- Working knowledge of e-marketing software e.g. Brevo, Mailchimp (E)
- Ability to write clear and engaging copy for multiple platforms and audiences (E)
- Working knowledge of MS Office products (E) and MS Sharepoint (D)
- Confident with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook (E)
- Full UK driving licence
