As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for managing the ongoing performance of Facilities services, including a planned compliance schedule, project management of mobilisations and demobilisations of depots. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of operational delivery for a portfolio of office and depot locations nationally. Reporting to the Head of Facilities, you will be responsible for the delivery of all Facilities & Workplace services.

Managing a small Facilities team, you will ensure expectations are exceeded allowing the business and its staff to function at optimum levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a schedule of planned maintenance within our depot locations, ensuring the buildings compliance.
  • Ensure all hard & soft Facilities services are delivered to specification, and planned/reactive activities meet SLAs, agreed delivery process, cost & reporting requirements.
  • Proactively address service issues, complaints/escalations or failed visits, including agreeing action plans with all stakeholders as needed.
  • Proactively seek to improve the working environment.
  • Coordinate & support onsite inspections/assessments (Fire Risk Assessment, Cleaning audits etc.).
  • Provide accurate and useful monthly/quarterly internal/external reporting.
  • Responsibility for commercial activity: Reviewing and scrutinising all costs, assessing value, need and priority.
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory Compliance and H&S requirements.
