As a Traffic Management CAD (Computer-Aided Design) Administrator, you will support the CAD manager and pod leaders within the CAD Team. Your responsibilities include ensuring requests are allocated and booked through our management system promptly, liaising with internal and external clients and suppliers, and assisting with billing for returned CAD drawings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all client and operational requirements are met professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate input and uploading of information into the works management systems, recording and escalating issues as per SLA measures.
  • Provide excellent customer service to both external and internal customers to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and distribute requests to relevant pods, assigning appropriate SLA targets.
  • Generate daily and weekly reports to ensure service levels and objectives are met.
