As an Operational Support Administrator, you will support the Operational team with day‑to‑day administration tasks to ensure the delivery of work to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Send Risk Assessment Method Statement (RAMS) to the client.
  • Create job packs to send through to depots.
  • Chase for client purchase orders (POs).
  • Handle on‑day queries, chase depots for site photos of installations, ensure permit boards are in place, and evidence this with the client.
  • Update tracker with progress updates and POs.
  • Liaise with the Streetworks team on planned works.
  • Raise VO/Abort claims as required and follow up for the POs.
  • Assist with invoice queries.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Previous traffic management experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
  • Experience in a similar role is essential.
