We are looking for a 1st Line Network Analyst to join an established managed services team, providing technical support across a variety of customer network environments.
As part of the service desk, you will respond to incidents and support requests, carry out initial diagnosis and resolve issues where possible.
You will also maintain accurate ticket records, keep customers informed and escalate more complex problems to the relevant technical teams.
We are looking for someone with: Experience in a service desk, NOC or 1st line technical support position A good foundation in networking, including routing, switching and connectivity troubleshooting Experience using ticketing systems and working to agreed SLAs Strong problem-solving and customer service skills A networking certification such as CCNA, JNCIA or Comp TIA Network+ Previous experience supporting customers within an MSP or managed services environment would be beneficial.
Exposure to technologies from Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet or Palo Alto would also be advantageous.
This is a remote position, although occasional travel to customer sites will be required.
