Go2Resource is recruiting a Vendor Alliance Manager for an MSP. You’ll take ownership of the Cisco relationship, helping the business strengthen its partnership, develop joint opportunities and maximise the commercial value of its vendor programmes.
The role
- Build strong relationships with Cisco account teams and key stakeholders.
- Develop a joint business plan aligned with the MSP’s sales and services strategy.
- Work with sales, technical and marketing teams to turn vendor initiatives into customer opportunities.
- Manage partner programme requirements, certifications and accreditations.
- Coordinate access to vendor incentives, rebates and marketing development funds.
- Support joint campaigns, sales enablement and engagement with Cisco.
- Track partnership performance and identify opportunities for growth.
What we’re looking for
- Experience within an MSP or IT reseller, in vendor management, alliances, partnerships or a closely related commercial role.
- Direct experience working with Cisco, including an understanding of its partner ecosystem and programmes.
- Strong relationship management skills and confidence engaging internal teams and vendor stakeholders.
- Commercial awareness, with the ability to connect partnership activity to revenue and business growth.
- An organised, proactive approach to managing programmes, priorities and commitments.
You may currently be a Vendor Manager, Alliance Manager, Partner Manager or Cisco Business Manager.
