As a member of our team, you’ll join us on a mission to accelerate the disruption of the corporate gifting industry. Together, we’ll continue to push the limits of what’s possible in the branded gifts space, by building innovative technology that will enable Go Swag to deliver increasingly bespoke and delightful experiences to our clients and their employees.

This is an exciting time to join Go Swag and make a meaningful impact on our business and the corporate gifting space. You will join our Product team, working as a UX/UI Designer.

In this role, you will:

  • Work closely with the Head of Product to develop a deep understanding of our business and its opportunities.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, in order to continuously improve the user experience of both our customers and internal teams.
  • Create polished and accessible interfaces that elevate our best-in-class user experiences.
  • Work directly with the Tech team to implement new features, iteratively improve on existing functionalities, and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Lead the creation and maintenance of our design system, driving forward the evolution of our brand and look & feel.
  • Drive iterative improvements on existing functionalities through data analysis and user insights.

What you need to succeed:

  • Proven experience designing complex digital solutions, preferably in tech or tech-enabled startups or similar fast-moving environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to craft complex, best-in-class user experiences across a wide range of platforms and digital tools.
  • Strong UI skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to continuously improve on an existing visual language.
  • Hands-on experience with creating and maintaining design systems in collaboration with engineers.
  • Ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data to inform and refine design decisions.
  • Demonstrated success working with engineers, product managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ownership mentality, and the ability to thrive in an environment that values people who take initiatives and always look for new and better ways of doing things.
  • Collaborative spirit and a preference for clear and honest communication.
  • Be kind, empathic, and respectful.

Practical details:

  • Salary range: £40,000 - £45,000
  • You’ll report to: Head of Product & Design
  • Team: Product
  • Location: Anywhere in the United Kingdom
  • Start date: As soon as possible

  • Interview with Head of Product: you’ll have a chance to discuss your experience and present your work in more detail.
  • Design challenge: you’ll have a chance to showcase your skills in a practical task.
  • Final interview: you’ll discuss your Design challenge with various members of the Product team.
