About Go Swag
At Go Swag, we build and manage global swag programs for enterprise brands, from onboarding packs to event giveaways, delivering sustainable, premium merchandise that people actually use and love. We handle everything from design and production to global storage and distribution, making branded merchandise effortless and borderless.
We’re a fast-growing team with global reach, a sharp focus on sustainability and quality, and a belief that the details matter.
The Role
We’re looking for an ambitious Sales Development Consultant to join our growing commercial team and take ownership of two of our key categories of inbound leads. You’ll manage a high volume of opportunities through our proprietary sales technology – creating and sending quotes, building proposals, managing follow-ups through automated email sequencing and closing deals efficiently.
This role is ideal for someone looking to build a sales career from the ground up in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You’ll work closely with a team of experienced Account Executives handling enterprise-level clients, giving you the opportunity to learn, grow, and eventually progress into more senior sales roles within the business.
What You’ll Do
- Take ownership of all entry and mid-tier inbound leads, managing a high-volume pipeline from qualification through to close.
- Use Go Swag’s proprietary technology to build and send proposals and quotes directly to clients.
- Manage your pipeline through automated and semi-automated email sequencing, ensuring regular, structured follow-up.
- Hit and exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets.
- Maintain high-quality CRM records in HubSpot, ensuring all leads and opportunities are correctly tagged and tracked.
- Collaborate with our wider Growth Team on lead insights, campaign performance, and feedback loops for improving conversion rates.
- Work closely with the Account Executives to understand our product range, client needs, and best practices for closing deals.
What You’ll Bring
- 1-3 years’ experience in a sales or lead development role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple opportunities at once.
- Data-driven mindset. Comfortable working with CRM tools (HubSpot experience preferred, but not essential).
- Ambitious, coachable, and eager to learn modern sales processes and tools.
- A proactive, positive attitude. You thrive in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment.
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary plus commission and performance bonuses.
- Opportunity to progress into senior sales or account management roles.
- Supportive, collaborative team culture with ongoing training and mentorship.
- Hybrid working setup from our Glasgow HQ.
- The chance to make a genuine impact in a high-growth, global business that values creativity, efficiency, and sustainability.
Why This Role Matters
This is a pivotal position within Go Swag’s commercial structure, enabling our senior sales team to focus on strategic, high-value enterprise deals while you own and grow the volume-driven segment. You’ll play a key role in expanding our client base, driving revenue growth, and shaping how Go Swag scales globally.
