We are looking for an entrepreneurial Head of Sales to architect and scale our commercial engine. We have achieved massive market pull (99% of our deals are inbound from search ads), have signed with the coolest enterprise logos, and our team consistently hits 96%+ of their targets. There is still a huge addressable market. For the right person, this is exciting. We need a hands‑on leader to build the foundation, introduce structure, and scale our reach into new markets. If you love building and coaching teams hands‑on, establishing sales methodologies, and taking a highly successful business to the next level, this is the role for you. The role is full‑time based from our Glasgow HQ.

What You’ll Do

  • Own our revenue targets entirely, using accurate CRM data and pipeline forecasting to guide key business decisions.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the Sales team – sharing goals, providing feedback and support, and celebrating wins to help everyone perform at their absolute best.
  • Turn our untapped potential into revenue by launching our first‑ever outbound sales motion, opening up entirely new markets.
  • Build out the sales team, attracting and onboarding top‑tier talent who thrive in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial culture (growing from 7 to 10).
  • Design and implement our very first sales playbooks, cadences, and framework.
  • Act as our lead closer for high‑value opportunities, stepping into complex negotiations to secure the partnerships that will define our future.
  • Champion the evolution of our sales pitch and strategy, keeping our narrative sharp, relevant, and persuasive in a competitive global market.
  • Collaborate closely with our Growth team to align our outreach with broader marketing initiatives, creating a seamless and high‑converting experience for every prospect.
  • Drive a culture of constant testing and innovation, leading experiments on new sales channels and outreach tactics to unlock new ways of winning.

Who You Are

  • Proven experience as a sales leader with a track record of managing high‑performing teams to a revenue target.
  • A builder, with experience within a high‑growth startup or a fast‑paced scale‑up.
  • A natural closer who is comfortable working on the front line to develop talent and personally secure complex, high‑value deals.
  • Highly organised and data‑literate, with the ability to turn CRM insights into actionable performance improvements.
  • A resilient, practical problem‑solver who enjoys building processes from scratch rather than relying on a pre‑existing manual.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of building strong internal partnerships and delivering a compelling narrative to prospective clients.

Growth Mindset Over Checklists

We’re looking for impact, not just a perfect CV. If you’re excited about this role but don’t check every single box, we still want to hear from you. We see these requirements as a guide; what matters most is your potential to contribute, your passion for our mission, and your ability to solve complex problems.

What You Can Expect

  • A high‑autonomy role with direct access to our founders and broader leadership.
  • The opportunity to build a world‑class sales function and play a pivotal role in the future of Go Swag.
  • A collaborative, supportive team environment where your contributions have a direct, visible impact.
  • A competitive compensation package, including a variable component and equity.
  • A 30‑person startup experiencing hyper‑growth on the path to an exit, and shape the commercial legacy of a rapidly scaling business.
