The Role
Warehouse Manager – oversee the fulfilment engine, lead the warehouse team, maintain 100% accuracy, and drive process efficiency.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily picking, packing, and dispatch to ensure on‑time, precise deliveries.
- Own inventory management, optimise slotting and “Goods In” processes, and maintain absolute stock accuracy.
- Audit and refine workflows to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
- Maintain health, safety, and compliance standards, including MHE maintenance.
- Set the QA standard for every outbound pack.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high‑functioning team, manage rotas and KPIs.
- Control warehouse budgets, reduce costs, and report on operational metrics.
Essential Skills
- Proven warehouse leadership and experience building high‑output facilities.
- Design warehouse systems from slotting to dispatch workflows, scalable and bulletproof.
- Ability to manage capacity planning and hands‑on execution during peaks.
- Proficiency in WMS and inventory software, data‑driven decision making.
- Strong eye for detail and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Experienced in hiring, training, and mentoring teams that share a passion for the perfect pack.
