The Role
As our first dedicated Talent Partner, you'll be responsible for owning the entire candidate journey at Go Swag - attracting the exceptional people who power our business. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you'll work closely with our leadership team to build the infrastructure, processes, and culture to enable our continued growth.
What You'll Do
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and manage the interview process
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for our open roles
- Screen and evaluate applicants, conducting initial interviews and assessments to identify the best-fit candidates
- Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience, from application to offer
- Continuously analyse hiring data and metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement
- Develop and implement effective talent strategies, including employer branding and employee engagement
- Champion our values and culture, ensuring they are reflected in all aspects of the employee experience
Who You Are
- 4-6+ years in recruitment (internal or agency). Experience in a high-growth startup or a creative/logistics scale-up is a huge plus.
- A strategic thinker who can translate business objectives into effective talent initiatives
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with a proven ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships at all levels
- Data-driven and metrics-oriented, with the ability to measure the impact of your work
- Passionate about creating an exceptional candidate and employee experience
- Committed to driving a positive, inclusive culture
