You aren’t just slapping a logo on a mug; you’re designing a physical experience that tells a massive brand story.

Essential Skills

  • A creative heavyweight with a background in advertising or industrial design, bridging the gap between a 'big idea' and its execution across multiple media—from technically viable physical products to high-impact digital activations.
  • Expert-level attention to detail in creating digital proofs and placement guides, ensuring zero-error delivery for enterprise brands.
  • A builder mentality that thrives when given the freedom to set up own functions, automate repetitive tasks, and streamline the BAU work.
  • Talent for creating high-spec, design-agency standard visuals under startup timelines.
  • Proactive collaboration with the C-suite and sales teams, independently challenging briefs and adding a 'creative genius' perspective that elevates the final output.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience in an agency or startup managing projects spanning print, digital, and physical activations.
  • Proactive interest in GenAI and design automation tools to make the 'standard' work faster and smarter.
  • Knowledge of eco-friendly materials and how they impact physical design and production limits.

Benefits

  • 30 days’ annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), plus additional company-wide closures.
  • Equity package included.
  • High-performance hardware and tools tailored to role.
  • Enhanced parental leave: 12 weeks full pay + 12 weeks half pay for primary caregivers, 4 weeks full pay for secondary caregivers.
  • Opportunities for professional development and training fully funded.
  • Flat structure encouraging ownership and career path influence.
  • Dog-friendly office environment.
  • Company pension and Cycle-to-Work scheme.
