We’re a tight-knit team who enjoy working together to get things made well and delivered on time. Thanks to our success, the business is growing and we’re looking for an experienced Moulding Operator to join our team based at our site near the Docks in Southampton.

This means you will be manufacturing vulcanised rubber products using hydraulic presses which can range from 20 tonnes to 500 tonnes. The specific moulding methods we use are compression, transfer and injection moulding techniques – and whether you are a specialist in one of those or experienced in all three, you’ll be playing a key part in our production team.

We work with many different products and customers, so you’ll need to be willing to troubleshoot issues as and when they arise whilst maintaining the high levels of quality that we are known for. You will be comfortable communicating with others and pc literate with experience of working with light industrial machinery, and you already understand what it means to work within the requirements of HSE.

Although no formal training is required, experience in a rubber moulding or similar environment is highly desirable. Hours are available in shifts and you’ll be joining one of our two 4-day fixed shift teams in a busy moulding environment. The work is rewarding and requires precision along with manual handling capability.
