- Manage high-volume drinks service, multitasking with many drinks on the go.
- Prepare coffee drinks using espresso machines, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Maintain detail-oriented service, adhering to specifications and high standards.
- Deliver excellent guest experience and timely service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience making coffee drinks and operating coffee machines.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.
- Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality.

£45,600 per annum.
Responsibilities
- Lead kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef.
- Prepare dishes with precision, following specifications and ensuring quality.
- Maintain guest‑focused service, delivering food on time and to standard.
- Guarantee a minimum of 48 hours per week with paid overtime for additional hours.
Qualifications
- Proven kitchen experience with leadership capabilities.
- Knowledge of food specifications and quality control.
- Guest‑centric mindset with a commitment to timely food service.
