Key Responsibilities- Deliver safe, high-quality care in line with individual care plans
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Support daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication prompts, and light household tasks
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Observe and report changes in clients’ health or wellbeing
- Maintain accurate records and follow company policies and procedures
- Genuine passion for supporting others
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
- Reliability and flexibility to meet client needs
- Previous experience in care is desirable but not essential (training provided)
