(Accredited Southampton Business Crime Partnership – SBCP)

GO! Southampton BID is looking for a proactive and experienced professional to lead the fight against business crime and anti-social behaviour in our city centre.

This high-profile role will put you at the heart of our accredited Southampton Business Crime Partnership (SBCP), working closely with businesses, police, council, and community partners to keep Southampton safe, secure, and thriving.

What you’ll be doing:

️ Lead SBCP operations and maintain our national BCRP accreditation

️ Oversee incident reporting (DISC), intelligence, and prolific offender management

️ Coordinate joint operations and Safer Business Action Days

️ Support businesses with crime prevention, training, and radio network management

️ Be a visible presence in the city, building trust with businesses and partners

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong leadership and partnership skills
  • Knowledge of anti-social behaviour and business crime reduction
  • Experience managing teams and KPIs

Salary: £35,000 (negotiable for the right candidate)

Benefits: 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, contributory pension, GO! uniform provided
