The Role:
We are looking for a creative, innovative, and versatile Graphic Designer to join our Marketing and Communications team. You'll play a pivotal role in designing both internal and external communications across multiple brands, ensuring all content aligns with Go South West's vision and values.
- Bring marketing and communications ideas to life through compelling design
- Create eye-catching campaigns for passengers, employees, and stakeholders
- Maintain brand consistency across all media
- Develop internal communications assets to engage our workforce
- Collaborate with external agencies, suppliers, and departments on creative projects
- Manage projects from concept to print-ready or digital formats
- Stay ahead of design trends and technologies
Skills & Experience:
- Graphic Design qualification or equivalent experience with portfolio
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite as well as Microsoft 365 applications
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-moving environment
