Duties
- Entering our Retail Insurance Customers\’ Vehicle SMART repair bookings on our internal IT Computer System (Big Change). Full hands on training will provided.
- Liaising with our customers on the telephoneand our SMARTRepair Technicians on the telephone.
- Updating the system when repairs have been confirmed with our retail customers and synchronising with our technicians\’ online diaries.
- Dealing with incoming calls, email enquiries and Whats App messages all day.
- Making outgoing calls to customers and technicians to arrange appointments.
Experience
Microsoft Office experience essential, also attention to detail. Good geographical knowledge of the UK – particularly, North-West, Midlands, South-East, South Coast.
