Position Summary:

As a CCTV controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients\' premises. Your responsibilities will include monitoring surveillance systems, detecting potential threats or suspicious activities, and promptly reporting any incidents to the relevant authorities. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and effectively communicating with team members to maintain a safe environment. As a representative of our company, you will be expected to provide excellent customer service, maintain a visible and friendly presence, and uphold professional standards.

Responsibilities:

    • Provide top-quality customer care and always look professional in your uniform.
    • Monitoring surveillance systems to detect suspicious activities.
    • Reporting security incidents promptly and accurately.
    • Maintaining documentation and records of surveillance activities.
    • Collaborating and communicating with security team members.
    • Ensuring proper maintenance and troubleshooting of surveillance equipment.
    • Respond promptly and effectively to incidents and emergencies.

Requirements:

    • Must hold a valid SIA Public Space Surveillance (CCTV) Badge.
    • Able to provide a 5-year work history that can be checked.
    • Friendly and approachable with good interpersonal skills.
    • Strong customer service skills.

Hours / Pay:

  • -Rate of Pay: £12.21 per hour
  • -Availability to work flexible shifts from Monday to Sunday is required.
  • -Shifts will encompass a range of day, evening, and night schedules.
