Over Mijn Bieb
Mijn Bieb is ontstaan uit een bestuurlijke fusie van de bibliotheekorganisaties Kop van Overijssel, Zwartewaterland en Staphorst.
Hoewel er formeel sprake is van drie stichtingen, werken we vanuit één gezamenlijke werkorganisatie.
Daardoor combineren we lokale betrokkenheid met de kracht van een grotere organisatie, waarin samenwerking, ontwikkeling en innovatie centraal staan.
Jouw Rol
Als Specialist Jeugd & Educatie ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen de bibliotheek en het onderwijs.
Je werkt nauw samen met je collega’s uit het jeugdteam, leerkrachten, intern begeleiders en schoolleiders.
Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat lezen en taal een vanzelfsprekende plek krijgen in het dagelijks leven van kinderen.
Je bent op verschillende scholen het vertrouwde gezicht van de Bibliotheek op school.
Je adviseert en begeleidt schoolteams bij het inzetten van jeugdliteratuur en leesbevordering.
Daarnaast verzorg je inspirerende activiteiten in de klas, presenteer je mooie boeken en weet je kinderen aan te steken met jouw enthousiasme voor lezen.
Ook buiten de scholen ben je actief.
In onze bibliotheekvestigingen organiseer en ondersteun je activiteiten voor jeugd en gezinnen.
Daarbij werk je altijd samen met collega's die dezelfde passie delen: kinderen laten ontdekken hoe leuk lezen kan zijn.
Je standplaats binnen het team ligt in de gemeente Staphorst, waar jouw belangrijkste focus ligt.
Tegelijkertijd geloven wij in de kracht van samenwerken.
Daarom ben je, net als je collega's, breed inzetbaar binnen het werkgebied van Mijn Bieb.
Ieder teamlid heeft een eigen gemeentelijke focus, maar samen vormen we één jeugdteam dat kennis deelt, elkaar versterkt en gezamenlijk werkt aan meer leesplezier, taalvaardigheid en ontwikkelkansen voor alle kinderen in de regio.
Wat neem je mee?
- Hbo werk- en denkniveau;
- Affiniteit met jeugd, taalontwikkeling en leesbevordering;
- Liefde voor boeken, verhalen en lezen;
- Interesse in digitale geletterdheid
- Goede communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden
- Zelfstandigheid, initiatief en flexibiliteit;
- Een rijbewijs B;
- Ervaring in het onderwijs is een pré.
