The Role

We are looking for a highly organised, personable Personal Assistant & Office Manager to support our two Co-Founders and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office. This is a central role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing multiple priorities under pressure.

  • Personal Assistant to the Co-Founders
  • Proactively manage diaries, meetings, travel and scheduling for both Co-Founders
  • Act as a trusted gatekeeper, prioritising requests and managing competing deadlines
  • Prepare meeting agendas, notes and follow-ups
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Support on ad-hoc projects and business priorities as required
  • Office Management
  • Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the office
  • Be the first point of contact for office needs, suppliers and facilities
  • Manage office supplies, equipment and general upkeep
  • Support onboarding for new starters (logistics, desk setup, office intro)
  • Help organise team meetings, events and company socials
  • Create a welcoming, well-organised and people-first office environment
