The Role
We are looking for a highly organised, personable Personal Assistant & Office Manager to support our two Co-Founders and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office. This is a central role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing multiple priorities under pressure.
- Personal Assistant to the Co-Founders
- Proactively manage diaries, meetings, travel and scheduling for both Co-Founders
- Act as a trusted gatekeeper, prioritising requests and managing competing deadlines
- Prepare meeting agendas, notes and follow-ups
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Support on ad-hoc projects and business priorities as required
- Office Management
- Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the office
- Be the first point of contact for office needs, suppliers and facilities
- Manage office supplies, equipment and general upkeep
- Support onboarding for new starters (logistics, desk setup, office intro)
- Help organise team meetings, events and company socials
- Create a welcoming, well-organised and people-first office environment
