As a Store Colleague at GO Outdoors, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience by greeting customers, maintaining the shop floor, and supporting sales. You will work in a fast‑paced retail environment, ensuring high presentation standards and providing support across store tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers with confidence and energy, offering friendly support to help them find the products they love.
  • Use in‑store devices to check stock, share product options, and support the full customer experience.
  • Keep the shop floor clean, tidy, and fully replenished, ensuring displays remain fresh and on‑brand.
  • Support day‑to‑day store tasks, including till work, restocking, and following all safety and store guidelines.
