As a Store Colleague at JD Group, you play a key role in delivering the JD group experience every day, helping customers feel welcomed and excited about what we offer. You will keep the shop floor running smoothly by greeting customers with energy, maintaining clear displays, and ensuring stock is replenished. You will support day‑to‑day store tasks such as till work and following all safety and store guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers with confidence and energy, offering friendly support and helping them find the products they love.
  • Use in‑store devices to check stock, share product options, and support the full customer experience.
  • Keep the shop floor clean, tidy, and fully replenished, ensuring displays stay fresh and on‑brand.
  • Support day‑to‑day store tasks, including till work, restocking, and following all safety and store guidelines.
