As a Store Colleague you will greet customers, maintain displays, replenish stock, and support a positive, fast‑paced retail environment. You will ensure service and presentation standards reflect GO Outdoors values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers with confidence and energy, offering friendly support and helping them find the right products.
  • Use in‑store systems to check stock, share product options, and support the full customer journey.
  • Keep the shop floor clean, organised, and fully replenished, ensuring displays stay fresh and aligned with GO Outdoors standards.
  • Support day‑to‑day store tasks, including till duties, restocking, and following all safety and store guidelines.
