As a Store Colleague at JD Group, you will deliver an outstanding customer experience and support the smooth operation of the shop floor. This role requires enthusiasm, teamwork and a commitment to maintaining high service and presentation standards.

Hourly Rate – £13.31

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers with confidence and energy, offering friendly support and helping them find the products they love.
  • Use in‑store devices to check stock, share product options, and support the full customer experience.
  • Keep the shop floor clean, tidy and fully replenished – ensuring displays stay fresh and on‑brand.
  • Support day‑to‑day store tasks, including till work, restocking and following all safety and store guidelines.
