Role Overview
Deliver an exceptional shopping experience in our stores, promote the brand and meet sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and ensuring a great experience.
- Drive and exceed sales targets using in‑store devices, offering the complete product range and maximizing add‑on sales.
- Maintain high visual and merchandising standards, keeping the shop floor clean, well‑stocked and displays organised.
- Support overall store operations, assisting other departments as needed and representing the company professionally.
- Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and card payments.
- Upsell and cross‑sell products to maximise sales opportunities.
- Maintain stock levels, keeping shelves organised and appealing.
- Address and resolve customer queries in a professional manner.
- Work closely with team members to achieve store targets.
Objectives & KPIs
- Achieve or exceed the store’s monthly sales target.
- Meet additional KPIs such as Units, Conversion, ATV, UPT and upselling targets.
- Maintain a high Net Promoter Score.
- Ensure all shop‑floor stock is fully replenished.
