As a Store Colleague at GO Outdoors, you will deliver a great in-store experience by greeting customers, presenting products, and maintaining a tidy and appealing shop floor.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome customers with confidence and energy, offering friendly support and helping them find the right products.
- Use in-store systems to check stock, share product options, and support the full customer journey.
- Keep the shop floor clean, organised, and fully replenished – ensuring displays stay fresh and aligned with GO Outdoors standards.
- Support day-to-day store tasks, including till duties, restocking, and following all safety and store guidelines.
- A positive, enthusiastic approach suited to a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.
- Strong communication skills, with confidence engaging customers and working as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn, take on new tasks, and develop skills in a supportive store environment.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and busy seasonal periods.
