As a Store Colleague you will help deliver the JD Group experience every day, welcoming customers, keeping displays sharp, replenishing stock, and ensuring the shop floor runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome customers with confidence and energy, offering friendly support and helping them find the products they love.
- Use in‑store devices to check stock, share product options and support the full customer experience.
- Keep the shop floor clean, tidy and fully replenished – ensuring displays stay fresh and on‑brand.
- Support day‑to‑day store tasks, including till work, restocking and following all safety and store guidelines.
- A positive, enthusiastic approach suited to a fast‑paced, customer‑focused retail environment.
- Strong communication skills, confident engaging customers and working as part of a team.
