Our 18-month Operations Development Programme offers a range of placements within your local business, giving you hands-on experience across different areas of operations. You’ll also have opportunities for secondments across the wider Group to broaden your knowledge. The programme is designed to help you discover your strengths, secure a permanent role, and build a long-term career in transport. Requirements:
- We are looking for graduates who like to find innovative solutions to challenging problems, who are resourceful, driven, and curious to discover the evolving transport industry and the opportunities it has to offer.
- We seek confident individuals who can communicate effectively and transparently with people from all backgrounds while showing ambition and collaboration.
- A valid driving licence by the start of employment.
- Interest, and ability, to obtain a PCV licence.
- A 2:2 degree or above in any degree discipline or be expected to receive this.
- Permission to work in the UK.
- Strong technical and operational skills.
